Directory Networking

Yesterday i have finished my new directory Deluxedir.com and i was looking for some ways to promote it. I just checked Directories forums on DP and dvduval had a nice suggestion:

del.icio.us has become an important resource that seems to be heavily spidered by search engines and improves "page strength" as defined by seomoz.com. I would like for people to start to work together and add each others directories to del.icio.us.
