I was reading John Scott's SEO Blog this morning about v7n Contextual Links. His project seems great.

Well they pay 10$ for a simple link on a new blog post. There is no pagerank requirement (yet) but it's sure that the higher pageranked blogs will get more responses. Furthermore, you don't have to blog about the advertiser and his service but just embeding a link in a word/sentence.
